Mail in Site Logs

 

 

Purpose:  It is the site operator’s responsibility to mail the site logs pages to Plano once a month by the 6th day of the month.

 

Required Equipment:  None

  1. Place all the site log pages from the previous month in a large envelop designed for mailing.
  2. Seal and address the envelop as follows:
