ARA was founded in 1997 by Eric Edgerton and Ben Hartsell. ARA is an air quality consulting firm that is focused on high quality, research grade air quality monitoring and data analysis.

With clients in both the public and private sector ARA’s mission is to provide the highest caliber of air quality measurements, using the latest research grade methods provided by leading edge monitoring equipment vendors or through specialized equipment developed by ARA itself.
