Tekran 1130 Pump Module Check

Purpose: The procedure below will check the 1130 pump module for proper setup.

Required Equipment:

Reference: SOPMAN Pages XX-XX

Answer the following questions. If any of the questions are answered “No” then there is an issue with the setup on 1130 pump module. Remedy the issue or open an operations ticket.

1. On the front of the 1130 pump module, are all 1130 denuder module switches in the “AUTO” position? YES or NO

2. On the front of the 1130 pump module, are all 1135 particulate module switches in the “AUTO” position? YES or NO

3. On the front of the 1130 pump module, is the sample flow switch in the “AUTO” position?

YES or NO
