Purpose: The purpose for this procedure is to obtain a number of site and analyzer diagnostics.
Required Equipment: None
Reference: SOPMAN Pages XX-XX
1) Gas Cylinder Pressure High Side: Read the high pressure gauge (closest to the main cylinder valve) and record each cylinder’s value on the SSRF.
2) Gas Cylinder Pressure Low Site: Read the low pressure gauge (furthest away from the main cylinder valve) and record each cylinder’s value on the SSRF.
3) CO BKG & CO COEF: On a 48C press MENU, CALIBRATION FACTORS, enter the CO BKG value and the CO COEF value.
4) CO S/R Ration: On a 48C press MENU, DIAGNOSTICS, S/R RATIO
5) CO Motor Speed: On a 48C press MENU, DIAGNOSTICS, MOTOR SPEED

7) CO Pres: On a 42C press MENU, DIAGNOSTICS, PRESSURE.
8) CO Temp: On a 42C press MENU, DIAGNOSTICS, TEMPERATURE
9) SO2 Zero & SO2 Span: On the TE 43s read the values from the zero and span thumb wheels on the front of the instrument. On the TE 43ctl press MENU, CALIBRATION FACTORS, enter the SO2 BKG PPB value and the SO2 COEF value.
10) NO/NO2, NOy*/NOy, NO3/NH4 and TRN*/TRN CL: Read the PMT cooler temperatures for each of your chemiluminscent NO-NO2-NOx analyzers. For the TE 42ctl press MENU, DIAGNOSTICS, TEMP and scroll down to the cooler temp for the value. For the TE 42S push the STAT button until you come to a screen that says "CL" and wait for 2 to 5 seconds for temperature to be displayed.
11) NO/NO2, NOy*/NOy, NO3/NH4 and TRN*/TRN RC: For the TE 42ctl press MENU, DIAGNOSTICS, TEMP and scroll down to Reaction (or Rx) chamber. On a 42S push the STAT button until you come to a screen that says "r.c." and wait for 2 to 5 seconds for the temperature to be displayed.
12) SO4 Zero & SO2 Span: On the TE 43s read the values from the zero and span thumb wheels on the front of the instrument. On the TE 43ctl press MENU, CALIBRATION FACTORS and enter the SO2 BKG PPB for the SO4 Zero value and the SO2 COEF for the SO4 Span value.
13) SO4 Oven Temp: Read the actual temperature value off of the SO4 Oven.
