3. Collection Nozzle

2. Acceleration Nozzle

1. “Total Flow Inlet”

Note:    Before disassembling the inlet, put some alignment marks on the parts for easy reassembly.

Acceleration Nozzle & Collection Nozzle with heavy accumulation of debris

Start the cleaning with distilled water and a ¼” wood dowel with the tip cut to a chisel point.

Rub the dowel tip across the acceleration & collection nozzle slits until all the debris has been scrubbed off.

Rinse with distilled water.

Clean the dowel tip by cutting a new chisel tip.

On the reverse side of the acceleration & collection nozzle slits, use the dowel tip to clean the slit.

Rinse with distilled water.

Note:  All three O-rings are interchangeable.

Use a single edge razor blade to clean the inside edges of the slits.

Do not use any metal object that does not easily fit into the slit - doing so will damage the slit.

Do a final rinse by squirting water through the slits, wipe and/or blow dry.

Reassemble, reinstall and leak check the PC system.
