NO2 Converter – Check/ Add Cooling Water

 

Purpose:  This assures that the cooling water for the NO2 Power Supply is always 3/4 full.

 

Required Equipment:  DI Water or DI Water with an Anti-Fungal Mixture

                                            NO2 Power Supply Water Bottle

                                            One NO2 power supply quick disconnect fitting

  1. Locate the NO2 power supply water reservoir.
  2. Observe the water level.  If it is not at least 3/4 full, add water.
  3. To add water to the reservoir use the NO2 power supply water bottle.  It has a quick disconnect fitting on the end that is made for the water ports on the front of the power supply.
  4. Insert the extra quick disconnect fitting in the “Vent” port on the left.  This so that air can escape as you fill the reservoir.
  5. Insert the water bottle with the quick disconnect fitting in the “Fill” port on the right and squeeze the bottle so that water will enter the reservoir.
  6. Once the reservoir is at least 3/4 full remove the two quick disconnect fittings and close the scheduled maintenance ticket.
