Met Sensor – BP Audit

Purpose:  This should be done along with all other Met Sensor Checks.

Required Equipment: (none)

Reference:  SOPMAN

1. Log on to the website for the NWS in your area. (This may be stored under the “Favorites” in your internet browser.)
2. Record the BP from the NWS in the BP Correction Worksheet Form in the column marked as such (Blue Field – column E) for your site.
3. Obtain the BP and Temp. from the DAS and record these in the BP Correction Worksheet Form (Blue Field – column F and J).
4. The calculations are made automatically.
5. Enter the corrected BP from the worksheet for the NWS (column H) and the BP from the DAS in the Met Check form located under the “Status Forms” on the toolbar in Site Manager Screen.
