BIOS Recertification Procedure

Purpose: This task allows us to recertify the site BIOS unit.

Required Equipment: None

Reference: SOPMAN

1. Enter the serial numbers for of your BIOS in the QA ticket.
1. Base SN
2. Low Cell SN
3. Standard Cell SN
4. High Cell SN
2. Refer the ticket to Chad.
3. The Plano office will ship the site a calibrated BIOS unit.
4. The Plano office will supply a RMA number to the site for shipping the BIOS.

6. Once you have received a calibrated unit and the old unit has been shipped, close the QA ticket.
